MACKAMIDE® LAME 100 is a superior humectant blend designed for hair and skin care formulations. It mimics the Natural Moisturization Factor (NMF) in human skin by binding water in the stratum corneum, enhancing moisture retention. When used in leave-on skin care products, MACKAMIDE® LAME 100 increases the water-holding capacity of the skin for long-lasting moisturization. Unlike glycerin, it provides a light conditioning effect and leaves a non-tacky feel on both skin and hair. Storage Conditions

Mackamide LAME-100 should be stored in sealed containers below 30°C in a dry place out of direct sunlight. If material becomes hazy after exposure to cold gently heat to 35°C and mix before use. Handle between 25°C - 35°C. Avoid prolonged exposure to heating as this may lead to degradation.
