MACKSPEC® OCC 100 is a high-active liquid concentrate composed of mild anionic and amphoteric surfactants. It is a fully formulated system that can be diluted without heat and can incorporate up to 30% natural oils, providing excellent sensorial properties. When used in body and facial washes, it creates lotion-like formulations with rich, creamy foam, offering a smooth skin feel and 24-hour moisturizing benefits. Formulation Tips
  • Add the required amount of MACKSPEC® OCC 100 without heating to water while mixing gently.
  • Add the desired amount of oil, fragrance, or other active and mix.
  • Add required amount of salt (2-2.5%) and adjust pH with citric acid into the range 5.0 - 5.5.
  • Continue to stir for at least 1 hour until the formulation has the correct structure and viscosity.

  • MACKSPEC® OCC 100 should be stored in sealed containers below 30°C in a dry place out of direct sunlight. Handle between 25°C – 35°C. Avoid prolonged exposure to heating as this may lead to degradation.
