MACKSPEC® OCC 200 is a high-active liquid concentrate made from mild anionic and amphoteric surfactants. It is a fully formulated system that can be diluted without heat and can incorporate up to 30% natural oils to provide excellent sensorial properties. In body and facial washes, it creates lotion-like formulations with rich, creamy foam and provides a smooth skin feel along with 24-hour moisturizing and hydration benefits. MACKSPEC® OCC 200 can also stabilize various additives, such as anti-dandruff actives, fragrances, or solid ingredients, making it suitable for body washes, facial cleansers, and hair shampoos. Formulation Tips
  • Add the required amount of Mackspec OCC 200 without heating to water while mixing gently.
  • Add the desired amount of oil, fragrance, or other active and mix.
  • Add required amount of salt (2-2.5%) and adjust pH with citric acid into the range 5.0 - 5.5.
  • Continue to stir for at least 1 hour until the formulation has the correct structure and viscosity.
